2010 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon

A "nose-ful" of fruit -- cherry, blackberry, plum and currants -- is followed by a rich, full mouth-feel of  dark cherries, blackberries, marionberries, plums and raisins.  All of this is accompanied by notes of vanilla, oak, and dark chocolate, delivered with excellent, deep tannins.  Pair with tri-tip steak, charbroiled/BBQ steaks, blackened cod or salmon, seafood jambalaya, cajun spiced chicken, bleu cheese burgers...   $35.00
