2010 Washington State Dry Riesling

Winemaker Charlie’s “signature white”, a Riesling with almost NO residual sugar: nicely acidic, wonderful aromas and flavors of fresh citrus (think grapefruit), with a tantalizing hint of peach. This wine begs for seafood (oysters, anyone?), but is friendly enough to just “sit and sip”.
