| Harvested on October 3, 2003 at Prosser, WA. 10 months to a year in new American Oak. Brix at 24.8, TA at 0.62 and pH at 3.5 put these grapes in perfect balance, no alterations by this winemaker. Smooth, full bodied whith lots of fruit in this young wine with sufficient tannins to last for years. Bronze medal winner at Tri-Cities Wine Festival. November 13, 2004.
