| A dry white table wine. The 2003 vintage had a 0.81 titratable acid on Oct. 31, 2003, the day it was harvested. A desirable trait we search for every year. Dry, (0.05% residual sugar), fruity, citrus aroma with just a hint of ginger in it's taste. A wine to wake up youe taste buds before a deliousios meal. |
